Etrusko products are delivered within 2/5 working days within the EU, while for the rest of the world, delivery is estimated at 5/7 working days. For products from our Designers, delivery times within the EU are 1/3 working days, and 5/7 working days for the rest of the world.

Yes, regardless of the type of item purchased, all products are traceable and a courier tracking number will be provided.

Certainly, returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the package and are subject to inspection before a refund is initiated. Used or worn items will not be refunded.
