At Etrusko by Alessandro Pianura, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms described in this policy.
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through www.etrusko.it.

 


2. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at info@etrusko.it.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the product must be returned according to the instructions provided.

 


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must:
• be unused and unworn
• be in the same condition as when received
• include the original packaging, tags, and accessories
• include any authenticity documentation provided with the product (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Due to the nature of certain materials, slight variations in color, texture, or natural markings in leather products do not constitute defects.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If it is confirmed that the product is defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

    • repair, where applicable

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges through the website.
If you wish to receive a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
